I teach golf specific flexibility and core stability classes in local golf clubs in north county Dublin. So if you are a member of any of the following golf clubs:

  • Malahide Golf club              - Next course starts April 2010
  • Howth Golf club                 - Next course starts April 2010 
  • Clontarf Golf Club               - Next course starts April 2010
  • Airside Swords                   - Every Thursday @ 8.30pm and Friday @ 10.00am
All Classes and Personal Training are taught by a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor
 

Or you are not a member and you are interested in signing up then why not give me a call to discuss as non members are welcome.

Class will help:

  • Improve scoring.
  • Increase the distance you hit the ball.
  • Reduce or eliminate lower back pain.
  • Improve arthritic joints by increasing range of motion.
  • Improve Consistency.
  • Reduce the incidence of injuries occurring due to lack of flexibility.
  • Improve your shoulder turn and trunk rotation.
  • Have a comfortable pain free swing.
  • Improve accuracy.

Class includes:
  • Golf specific flexibility exercises to improve your swing.
  • Exercises that strengthen and Improve flexibility in lower back and hip muscles.
  • Proper instruction on core Strength and Stability exercises.
  • Exercises that help prevent injuries occurring due to lack of flexibility and core strength.
  • Learn exercises the Pros are doing.

Courses are ongoing and each course last 8 weeks and I teach both morning and evening courses.
